3.ALFRED DE MUSET SIGN
☛ Oscillation or bobbing of head with each heart beat
4.LIGHTHOUSE SIGN
☛ Alternate blanching & perspiration of forehead
5.LANDOLFE’S SIGN
☛ Papillary dilatation & contraction
6.BECKER’S SIGN
☛ Retinal artery pulsation
7.MULLER’S SIGN
☛ Pulsating uvula
8.CORIGAN’S SIGN
☛ Dancing carotid
9.QUINKE’S SIGN
☛ Pulsatile capillary filling of nail bed on application of pressure on nail bed
10.WATERHAMMER PULSE
☛ Brisk upstroke,brisk downstroke with high volume felt over than a less sensitive area like palm
11.LOCOMOTOR BRACHIALIS
☛ Visible brachial pulsations
12.MAYNE’S SIGN
☛ Decrease in DBP by > 15 mmHg BP measured in arm hanging & arm raised
13.AUSTN FLINT MURMUR
☛ Regurgitant jet hitting AML
☛ Coming together of 2 jets AR jet & LA to LV jet to create turbulence
☛ Increase LVDEP
14.ROSENBACK SIGN
☛ Liver pulsations
15.GERHARDT’S SIGN-
☛ Splenic pulsations
16.DUROZIEZ MURMUR
☛ An auscultation over femoral artrery with pressure
☛ A systolic murmur heard distally & a diastolic murmur proximally
17.LINCOLN SIGN
☛ Toe movement with cardiac control
